The house is nice and has everything you need for a good family holiday. The beds we slept on, in the main bedroom downstairs was soft and squeaky and there was dust in most rooms near the windows which triggered a bit of allergy. After coming in, we did a bit of vacuuming and cleaned the dust and spider webs, and the table outside which had been decorated by birds, and the rest of our stay went smoothly. It appears that cleaning is done straight after guests leave but not much is done before new guests arrive, it could have just been a while since the last guest visited. The only interaction I had with the agent maintaining the place was when we were about to leave, and the gentleman came and without any introduction asked us if we're leaving already, and dragged the bins outside. Not sure if he was having a particularly bad day or that's the way he always welcomes his guests, but saying hello, an introduction and asking how your stay went would go a long way IMO !
