Chris’ place is in a perfect location for down town tarpon springs and sunset beach. It’s about 15-20 min to honeymoon island. The room is exactly as pictured. Nothing special what so ever but the location is perfect. The only thing we really did not like is the bed. It is like a futon bed on top of plywood. But again for the price you guy what you pay for. Chris was very good with communication and responded immediately. He was very good with recommendations as well. Overall we would stay again but will bring a bed pillow top next time. :)

I was very disappointed in the way you had to get in and out of building. The pictures were very deceiving they did not really show the overall surroundings and entry way. Not even close to the experience we were expecting. We had stayed in another airbnb just previous to this that was much nicer for about the same price.

I enjoyed sunrise walks/runs to Sunset Park followed by a peaceful coffee break. To me, coffee deserves to be served in a real ceramic cup. So glad Chris had those. If you need to recharge your batteries on a budget, Chris’ place is perfect! Clean, private and surrounded by beautiful nature and in walking distance from the gulf. Enjoyed Tarpon Springs historical area and took my teenage son to Clearwater Beach. Next time I’d like to bike the Pinella trail. Chris had plenty of beach towels and fully stocked toiletries. The healthy snacks and filtered water came in handy as well.
