We stayed at Chris' condo for 2 1/2 months. Communication with Chris was great. She responded right away and there was someone in the neighborhood who was there if we needed anything having to do with the property. This is a split townhouse. You share one wall with the other 1/2 of the house, but we never heard or saw the person who lives next door. The pros: the condo is in a wonderful location, right next to a park that goes on for nearly a mile in each direction. Our dog loved her daily 3 mile walks/runs along this park. It's a very quiet, safe, and pretty neighborhood, and about a 20 minute walk to stores and restaurants. The outdoor patio space is private and lush, and was great for our dog. The cons: the condo is in need of a deep cleaning and a lot of TLC. The furniture is worn and stained, the carpets are stained, and the towels and pillows are in need of replacing. The outdoor furniture is in need of repair or replacement.

Stayed at Chris's place for 2 months with my family. Chris was a very responsive host. Her home is located in a nice community 15 minutes from the beach. There are lovely greenway areas located right across the street. The home has some quirks, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Chris’s place is awesome, and you can’t get a better location than Encinitas. Our 11 week stay was perfect for the summer. We were close to great beaches and parks. Chris’s place had everything we needed and the park across the street was perfect for our toddler and dog. Cannot say enough great things about this space.

From the very beginning Chris was flexible and kind with us. She communicated very quickly, always responding immediately to our questions. The location of this property is so nice, and we really enjoyed how the neighbors welcomed us. It was a perfect place for our family and we appreciate her kindness.

We stayed at Chris’s place for nearly 5 weeks. It’s beautifully decorated inside and out and was well set up for us to be there for a while. Sweet neighborhood as well. Feels like there is a park right across the street. Highly recommend for anyone considering it. Also like nearly all parts of San Diego, make sure you have a car!
