Great stay with our family, close to the forest for trail walks with the kids and easy access via the train into Central London!

Host jederzeit erreichbar, bot sofort Lösungen für Probleme. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft schön, könnte jedoch gepflegter sein. Liegt aber auch an Gästen, die eine Ferienwohnung einfach schlecht behandeln (Macken an den Wänden, Müll im Garten…) Wir waren insgesamt aber zufrieden. Für unseren beruflichen Aufenthalt hat das alles gut gepasst. Wir bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft!

The Airbnb was quite nice. The host was always available via message in case of questions etc. The region is really nice! A lot of restaurants, pubs and supermarkets are really nearby. Also the underground is only 10-15 minutes to walk. Two things which can be improved from our point of view. 1. Provide more towels. The bathroom downstairs did not have any towel to dry hands. Also in the kitchen there was only a sponge, no discloth or tea towel… 2. There wasn’t a guest manual anywhere in the Airbnb and also none online which made it quite hard in the beginning to understand how the heaters work. But the host then send us a screenshot to get the heaters upstairs working. PS: The hair dryer automatically disconnected after 2-3 minutes, probably because it got too hot. Took quite some time to get long hair dry with that… Thanks again for having us!

renovated, nice flat, clean and almost fully equipped (a few more towels would be nice, cutlery and crockery need to be replenished), garden was a mess (unkept for a long time) - though we did not use it in December.. Very close to a motorway and therefore very noisy. heating system is very slow to turn on and off.

The only problem was we could not figure out how to get the televisions to work. I like coming home from a day out and watching the news. ☹️
