Peggy has all 5* reviews--that's only because there is nothing HIGHER. While renting only a room, it's true, it really IS like renting the entire home. Often at airbnb's common spaces might be 'available' but it can feel like one is sharing the house and need to be careful not to intrude. At Peggy's it's v different....the whole house inside and out is available and welcoming....we used it fully. We arrived very very late, WAY past Peggy's sleep time, yet she met us at the door as warm and perky as if it was 6pm The house envelops you with its warm earth tones and beautiful decor, supporting a deep sense of relaxation. Peggy graced us with her specialty yoghurt/mango/walnut breakfast and we enjoyed meals outside on the deck overlooking the intercostal waters. The boat ride is a must! We'v been caring for a disabled relative for sev months and desperately needed a rest. Peggy and her home provided that and more. The silence touched us deeply--we returned fully rejuvenated. YES! !

Peggy is the BEST! I stayed for only one night but I certainly hope I’ll be able to return sometime soon. Upon my arrival, Peggy greeted me with such warmth and I felt right at home. The property is beautiful, the room is so private, and the views are incredible. Corky is the sweetest little pup and I could not ask for a better place to stay. Out of all of the AirBnBs I’ve stayed in this was BY FAR my favorite. Peggy designed the bathroom herself and it’s so luxurious, the bedroom is so cozy and comfortable, and the porch along the river is the perfect spot to have breakfast and wake up slowly. I cannot recommend Peggy’s place enough!!!!

I had an incredible stay at Peggy's place! She was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the house was spotless. The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything I needed. I highly recommend Peggy's place for anyone looking for a fantastic Airbnb experience!

Peggy is incredible! She provided the most welcoming environment and I enjoyed my stay with her so much. Her home is beautiful, and she does such a lovely job making you feel at home. She provided wonderful local recommendations and is amazing with her communication. 5 stars all around!!

This was our 3rd stay at Peggy's place. Can't say enough good things about Peggy and the airbnb...but I'll try: she welcomes guests to her entire beautiful home; everything is super clean and spotless; the quality of every piece of furniture is fantastic; the bedroom is very private and the bed is great; Peggy fixes guests a nice mango yogurt breakfast; Peggy is a delight to talk with but if you want your complete privacy she gives it. The house is located on a beautifully landscaped cul de sac. The mangroved shoreline in the backyard is especially peaceful at dusk.
