Insgesamt ein schönes und gut gelegenes, ruhiges Apartment mit einem wirklich spektakulären Blick über Wien und allem, was man für einen gelungenen und bequemen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch die Kommunikation mit Fang war schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Leider kann man außer im Kinderzimmer die Fenster nicht verdunkeln. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Wien! Wir würden wiederkommen.

Lumi’s place was gear for our family of four. It had most of what we needed for our baby (just no crib) and had a great kids room for our three year old with trains and books. Lots of space. Very walkable to grocery stories and transportation. I’d recommend her space to any family!

The previous reviews sum this place up so it was pretty much what we expected. Great and quirky design though a little tired yet it is a family home and is therefore well equiped, warm and comfortable. One bathroom was out of action which we discovered when we arrived. We liked the neighbourhood - plenty of cheap and cheerful places to eat around the reumenstrasse metro stop which is walking distance. Any concerns we had were more than compensated for by the rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of the New Year’s Eve fireworks! Awesome fun and we felt lucky to find this place and be able to stay there. Fang who met us and was our point of contact was also lovely - friendly, helpful and responsive.

We liked staying here for a couple of days; the appartement was really big and especially the kitchen was amazing with everything we needed for cooking and baking! There was enough space for everyone to be on their own for a bit and the living room with the sofa was very nice. also, we had a great view from the flat! Unfortunately, one of the rooms was very dusty so I had to clean it because I have a house dust allergy, and the mattresses were a bit old and therefore uncomfortable. Also, some of the cables for the lamps weren't covered properly, which felt a bit unsafe. Other than that we had a great time and really like the layout of the flat!

We had a good stay at Lumi’s place. It was a little dangerous for small children so that’s why I’m taking off a star but overall we thought it was a good stay. They were very responsive and very helpful with any questions we had.
