The room was very spacious and bathroom was clean. We loved the private courtyard. The restaurant was very good and we enjoyed the live music. Atmosphere was great and workers were very helpful and welcoming. Definitely will be back.

Love what they’ve built out! It’s an incredibly thoughtful beautiful space in a mighty small town by a lake. It was an easy hour out gettaway for us, loved being able to walk out of the room and into a restaurant at the perfect size. You can tell the people around town appreciate having such an upscale spot to get away too for a night, we’ll be back!

What a delightful find for us. We needed to be in the Brookhaven/Jackson area for a couple of days. It was perfect. Within a few minutes of everything we needed. Elegantly furnished and decorated. Gorgeous beams accent the spacious vaulted ceiling. The quite comfortable bed made for restful nights. Huge, beautifully tiled shower with strong water pressure you won’t experience where I live. But, the icing on this cake was the Mallard restaurant. Wow. Tasty cocktails and a great selection of wines were followed by melt-in-your-mouth filet steak, and fresh, perfectly seasoned mahi mahi. Friendly waitstaff (love that guy Jimmy) treated us like family. There will be a next stay at the Mallard in our future.

Beautiful room. Restaurant onsite with great meals. Key entry, had to meet host to pick up key. Shared courtyard just for guest. Very relaxing. Enjoyed our visit.

The Mallard is one of my favorite places to stay. It is both elegant and comfortable. And our host is both welcoming and accommodating. The cheesecake delivered to the room was a nice surprise!
