Awesome horses but super rude host. This lady was nasty to me when I kept having questions about the prices or how to pay. She gives different prices for the same activities on her website, on the AirBnB ads, & in her confirmation emails, so obviously I was extremely confused & not only did she never give me a clear answer, she had the audacity to say "I guess I have to spell it out for you abc" & never even apologized when I pointed out she was the one that had been giving me conflicting information. I wanted to cancel everything but this was a gift for my mom's birthday so I just went ahead & paid all the ridiculous overpriced add-on fees. The one-hour ranch tour (just went around & pet the horses & donkies) was $70 for 6 people (one of whom is a 2 y/o) including the discount for having a campsite & barn stall reservation! The trail rides were $80 with the discount, not $75 as listed. Also, for any extra people (even babies) at the campsite is $10 per person per day including your departure day at noon! & pets are also $10 per pet per day, not $10 every 3 days as listed. The descriptions of the tent sites on her page are also inaccurate, site 3 is tents only apparently & site 4 can fit a rig up to 30 feet. Besides the incredibly rude & unhelpful host & all the extra hidden costs that couldn't be explained, the experience was okay. We liked our campsite (#4), it was big & far away from everything but not worth $70. The barn stall was adorable & surprisingly clean! The community room & bathroom were pretty shabby & dirty looking, but not bad. The shower was gross. The trail ride was pretty slow & boring, good for beginners & not worth doing more than once. The ranch tour was basic, we just pet horses & goats through the gate (not even through the fence because they're all electric! Watch your kids on this tour, they can't let go of your hand for even a moment!) & went in the donkey paddock. Probably the best part of all of this was I didn't have to meet the host, one of her employees did our rides & tour. However her attitude earlier had made things very sour & I was barely able to enjoy myself on this trip. I did really love all the beautiful animals though!

Fantastic experience!! The stay was quiet and beautiful, and seeing the animals around the ranch, taking a trail ride, and interacting with some of the other farm animals was exactly the sort of break we needed from the grind of everyday life. I'd love to come back!

Beware of host!!! A pleasant stay at a cute ranch, ended with a terrible situation with the host. We tried to cancel the last night of our reservation because we needed to leave, but she declined our request because any changes needed 7 days notice (even though we didn’t have the reservation 7 days prior to dates), but it was fine, that wasn’t the issue. But I’ve come to the conclusion that this whole situation was caused by the host being scared we would try to get our money back even though we had no intention of doing that. A few days into our trip, on Saturday, my girlfriend started feeling really sick and I decided we needed to get her home, so we drove back to the campsite to pack up. Our checkout date wasn’t until Tuesday, and we knew that we would be getting any money back and we were fine with that. So we pack up and make the 5 hour drive back home in a storm lol. The next morning, I get a long message on Airbnb from my host telling me she’s really pissed off and she kept accusing me of doing donuts around the ranch and scaring horses. I was completely shocked!! I had no idea what she was talking about, and she was relentlessly accusing and making sly comments and jabs, and the whole time I have no clue what she’s talking about!! I explained in very polite detail that I did not do that and was very confused. I explained the situation with my girlfriend being sick and needing to leave. I told her that we went straight from the grocery store to get medicine and then back to pack up and leave. Every time I drove anywhere around the ranch, I drove at a very slow pace, not only for the animals sake, but because we enjoyed seeing and talking to them. Even after the multiple times of explaining that she is accusing someone who has no idea what she’s talking about, she continued with the narrative and making comments like saying we must have twins... and claimed she had 4 witnesses that are “100% sure” of what they saw. Her description of my car and of my girlfriend and I, wasn’t even accurate, yet she continued to relentlessly accuse and threatened to charge us for another night. It all just made things a lot more stressful. Completely unprofessional demeanor and disgusting treatment of paying customers. DID I MENTION SHE GOT PAID FOR 3 NIGHTS THAT WE WERE NOT THERE AND STILL HAD THE NERVE TO ACT THIS WAY? I wish the whole thing was caught on camera to prove it. It would be great if I could post the screenshots of the conversation between the host and I. The funniest part about all of this is that I don’t even know how to do donuts, neither does my girlfriend and we wouldn’t even if we could because we can’t waste money on tires. I don’t even think my car is capable for that matter. Beautiful ranch, terrible host.

Had a tent set up for us, perfect size for the 2 of us. The campsite had horse presents around it, but it is to be expected in a ranch. Only problem was the code didn't work to get in but there was someone there that helped us out. Other than that small issue it was a great place to stay, kids would have loved the animals.
