Hosts were attentive and communicated well prior to and during our stay. This is a fascinating property, and has been made homely and cosy. Plenty of room for a family, and options for people to find a wee private nook to chill out. The location is fabulous, on a quiet road, but near the main street and not far from the harbour. Loads of options for walks.

The Cottage surpassed all expectations. It was clran well presented, very homely and a wonderful place to just relax and chill out. Particularly the view from the living room towards Cullen Harbour. The wood burner is a great benefit during the cold scottish evenings just to take the edge off the chill. Bob and Rosemary were great hosts and were contactable if there were any issues. A lovely touch was the festive decorations as it enabled a continuation of our christmas and new year festivities. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Bob and Rosemary’s home was a perfect spot for our week long stay. We loved the summer house with its great views. The home had everything we needed and the bottle of wine upon arrival was a lovely touch. The neighbours are friendly and the location is right next to town and the shops (2min walk to the co-op and 7 min walk to the beach) We loved our stay and would 10/10 recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at Bob and Rosemary’s cottage in Cullen for 4 nights (5 night booking, lost 1 night due to flight delays). Bob and Rosemary were super responsive hosts, and provided helpful tips, easy instructions and even left a couple umbrellas per my request to tackle the weather off the coast. Their cottage had a beautiful scenic view out to the Cullen bay through the viaduct. The garden at the back is also pretty - we had breakfast there on a couple days and a cuppa tea in the cozy gazebo a few times. It also is a great place to use as a base to explore the region, which is what we did - the distilleries, walk on the beach, dolphin watching, Cairngorms. As clearly outlined in the instructions, the bedrooms are on opposite ends so may not be suitable if you have young kids that need to be nearby, but our boys loved the idea of being on their own for the night! The kitchen is modern and has everything you need. With the rains the cottage does get a wee bit damp. We hope to be back!
