My stay at Besiki’s place was excellent. There’s a lot of space. Everything is very clean and organized. Location is great too. Besiki is easy to communicate with. Would different recommend this place!

Besiki was always quick to respond. We had a magical stay. The house was very charming and exceptionally clean and orderly. The location was great too; close enough to the center but also far enough that we had privacy. We also felt very safe. Inside, it was a bit chilly but there were strong and sufficient heating systems. Thanks again!

We stayed at Besiki's place for a couple of nights in February. Really lovely and comfortable place in the centre of Akhaltsikhe (about 15 minute stroll to Rabath fortress). Besiki is a wonderful host - he greeted us and showed us the place and even helped organising transportation to various places of interest that we were keen to see. It was a little bit chilly when we just arrived but after a while with the heaters running, it became warm and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and hope we get a chance to stay there again soon.

Отличный вариант. Хороший дом, чистый, уютный. На кухне есть все, что надо. Единственный минус на холодную погоду - обогреватель только в одной комнате, но очень мощный. До второй комнаты доходит хорошо. А в кухне может быть холодновато.

We had a great stay and loved the apartment. Besiki was easy to communicate with and provide us with lot of recommendations of places to visit. The apart is located close to must see attractions. Can highly recommended.
