We had a great holiday in Faysselle. The Soleil Levant cottage was perfect for our family. It was spacious and well equiped. The pool was great and clean. Claire and Guy were such great hosts. The area is so calm and peacefull an hour drive away from Toulouse. in the area you have also the lovely bastide villages. We would like to go back again.

Notre séjour chez Claire et Guy était parfait. Des petites attentions dès l'arrivée avec des cupcakes maison pour le goûter et mêmes des glaces pour les enfants ! La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Les murs épaisses gardent la fraîcheur ce qui est parfait quand il fait chaud dehors. Nous avons pu alterner détente à la piscine et découverte de la region. Un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer.

What a lovely, peaceful, and relaxing place. This is a great place if you want to unplug, spend time with loved once, and enjoy nature. The gite we stayed in was really clean, and comfortable for our family of four. It's rustic in style, but totally equipped with everything you'd need for your stay. We cooked several meals there and enjoyed dinners on the patio. We spent hours in the lovely pool. It was great on a hot day. We enjoyed walks, guided by Guy, on the property. Stargazing is unbelievable. There is no light pollution, so you can see tons of stars (we even say the International Space Station go by). You should know that Claire and Guy's place is about 30 minutes to a major city and groceries, so you have to plan accordingly if you want to cook at home or have something food around the place for snacking. Still, there are loads of small towns that look like they were plucked from a painting. Lots of these towns have day and night markets in the summer, where the food is spectacular and affordable. Claire and Guy really make the stay wonderful. Claire greeted us (we arrived late and they were very accommodating), showed us around, and gave us the key. They left a lovely bottle of wine, soap, and lavender oil. We were there for Bastille Day, and they let us tag along to a really fun celebration of the holiday. Guy took our boys around the property and they set up Guy's motion-activated camera together. Guy later provided the jump stick with the pictures. Claire helped us plan our itinerary, and her recommendations were amazing. I can't count how many times during our 8-night stay that my wife and I said, "Claire made this trip for us." In short, they are amazing hosts and will contribute a lot to your stay.
