This place was perfect for our family! Mom and Dad, 3 older teenagers and an 11 yr old-Everyone had enough space to have some privacy, but also there was so much communal space for our family to connect. Also, Mark provides everything you need for a beach vacation-surf boards, SUPs, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas...and even a cooler (which we didn't need because the walk to the house was so easy)-oh yeah-games, books and tv's for the down time was nice as well. Mark was very responsive and helpful both prior to and during our stay with great recommendations on activities, restaurants and shopping. We LOVE the location, you are away from the resorts and busy areas...and frankly the beach is better than anything we visited from Sayulita to Burros...If you're a surfer, use this place as a homebase-I highly recommend: hiking/running Monkey Mountain from the house-read Mark's description-Riding the sunset tour with Vista Paraiso-Having Kenia cook for you-HOPE TO BE BACK!

Amazing place right near the beach! Kenia and her mom were amazing in cooking us meals and the housekeeping. Amazing outdoor spaces!

We had one of the most amazing vacations ever! The home exceeded our expectations. In fact, we didn’t want to go anywhere else, but stay there and enjoy the beach, the pool and our surroundings. We feel so blessed to have had this experience and appreciate Mark‘s recommendations of chef Hector for our intimate evening dinner, and all the local spots. Hated to leave!

Words could not contain our pure joy over staying at Mark's, what a home!!! If you get the opportunity, book it! This home has every accommodation, every luxury that you can think of, and more. This home is for the traveler, and the tourist ready to spread your wings. In my time of utilizing short term rentals, I've never had the level of service afforded to my family by Mark and his team. We'll be back!
