Cosy apartment with shared garden close to the sea (around 20 mts). Nicely decorated apartment 45 sqm, fully equipped (fridge,oven,air-conditioner,cutlery and crockery, newly built bathroom and toilet,newly installed wooden floors, flat TV set with remote control). Spacious common garden with grass hammock and garden chairs-lots of space for kids to play and have fun. The beach is half a minute walk from the garden. Private parking facilities available.

Nice, clean place that had everything we needed. Communication was excellent and the location was very quiet. Definitely worth visiting!

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι και πολύ καθαρό! Σε μικρή απόσταση απο το κέντρο στο Ξυλόκαστρο. Έχει δίπλα μια μικρή παραλία για να κάνεις μπάνιο. ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία σας!
Πολύ όμορφο το διαμέρισμα, ακόμη πιο όμορφος ο κήπος! Πολύ κοντά στην θάλασσα, σε εστιατόρια και μόλις 10 λεπτά με το αμάξι από το κέντρο του Ξυλοκάστρου. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε!
Great host, always replied within a few minutes. The house was very clean and well decorated. We were very pleased with our stay.
