Location of this apartment is amazing. During the day you see sea, and during night lights of Hania. You can walk to Chania or nearby beachs. Apartment is big, and you can work from here ( you can have online meetings without problems).

The apartment is very cozy and functional, at a great location, overlooking the beautiful sandy beach of golden san ("Χρυσή Ακτή"). From the kitchen and the living room, as well as from the balcony, the whole of the beach and the sea is visible. Kostas was polite, willing to assist us with all our requests. We were happily surprised to see that the fridge included a welcome sweet enough for the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with all the minor items, such as foils, etc. In addition to the amenities described, the apartment offers beach toys for kids and a beach umbrella, both proved to be very useful. This was a lovely apartment with an ample amount of room for our family of 4. It was right across the street from a great beach that we loved spending time at. There were also good hikes to some cool caves from the beach too. The apartment had some games, puzzles, and beach equipment that was helpful. Some of the beach equipment was a bit old, but it was still nice to have. The only two issues we had while we were there were that the refrigerator broke our first day and there was some noise in the building. The owner was in good communication about the refrigerator and tried to get it fixed but was unable to while we were there. We had a lot of food that rotted and it was difficult to buy/prepare our own food because of it, which was a loss in money. There was also a neighbor who listened to the tv very loudly early in the morning which woke many of us up. Otherwise it's lovely and the owner is kind (even had some goodies for us when we arrived).
