I typically stay at the amani grand residence resorts whenever I visit Cebu. They have nice modern accommodation in a great location, however this particular apartment is in bad shape which surprised me. The apartment is nice and spacious with great natural lighting but it was dirty and has old furniture plus the apartment itself is falling apart. It felt like the place has been neglected for some time now. In conclusion I'd stay at Amani Grand Residence again but not this particular apartment unless of course it undergoes renovation. I hope my review encourages the host to take the necessary actions to making this place great again.
Best place to book since it's near the airport. Internet is fast too.
