Très bonne communication avec Ted, qui est très réactif. Son oncle Manuel est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport et nous a accompagnés dans notre installation (passage en ville pour acheter les cartes Sim,...). Il nous a aussi été d'une grande aide le lendemain (nous ne parlons pas portugais!!) quand nous avons eu quelques soucis avec notre voiture de location, un grand merci à lui! Ted n'étant pas sur place, il s'est quand même soucié de savoir si tout se passait bien, à tout instant. Merci à lui aussi! Le logement est très bien équipé, avec la clim dans la chambre, et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner si besoin.

Amazing stay! Great safe apartment in very central location, just like the photos. Everything worked as described: Wifi, Tv, hot water, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. Great communication. From the first contact Ted did everything to make our stay possible. We changed travel plans each minute and Ted accommodated all our last minute changes: extremely late check in to very early check out, everything was made possible because of Ted's kindness. Also thanks to Maria that was always available for us. We have only good things to say about our stay in Beira in this great apartment!

Nice apartment, located near to almost everything you need. Recommended if you want to stay in the city center.

If you are familiar with Mozambique you will recognize this as a unique blessing: a house where EVERYTHING works like it is supposed to! EVERYTHING!!! We loved having Maria come to clean up and she even helped with a little shopping. If you speak Portuguese you will have no trouble navigating the stay, the town and this apartment community! Do not expect peace and quiet or sea views... BUT know that you are on a busy street, with wonderful people! We felt safe the whole time we were there. Finding easy restaurants wasn't so obvious, but we used Google and took lots of walks before dark!

Eu adorei estar na casa do Ted/Stella, a casa está em excelentes condições e eles são super atenciosos e preocupado com o bem estar dos Hóspedes. Recomendo.
