This unit is bright and cozy. It has gorgeous woodwork throughout and makes you feel at home. There is a large backyard perfect for playing in/relaxing and the location is surrounded by parks, restaurants and shopping. Close to the DVP and 13 minutes from downtown. The owner is attentive to detail, quick to help with any issues and communicative. We enjoyed our stay and were able to extend it by a month.

The home of Steve is a very charming and comfortable place in a great neighbourhood. It is close to the downtown and very close (several min on foot) to many useful shops and nice restaurants. It is even very close to the amazing green areas for a walk near the river. Staying there was an amazing time!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Steve's house! The location of the house is offering a blend of convenience and accessibility. Within a short walking distance, I found myself easily accessing buses. Another highlight of the location was the restaurants, supermarket and a nice small park for kids nearby. The house was confortable, The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils.The bedrooms were spacious! Lastly, Steve was an excellent host who was prompt with communication, accommodating to any requests I had.

Great communication, good location and accommodations. FYI downstairs neighbours are smokers, they do not smoke inside but if you are sensitive like we are it is a bit on an issue. Steve was very easy to reach.

Very nice place and all the amenities are right there ( caffee, food shop, places to eat, etc.) . Also Steve is a great host.
