Everything was very much as advertised on the website. We had a group of over 16 people and every single person enjoyed their stay. Chona was also very easy to reach and reaponded quickly. It was an excellent stay for all.

Pros: -Chona's place is known as Villa Corrales in Camiguin, easily located by locals -Free parking space available inside and outside -Hospitable staff -Staff lobby offers drinks, albeit at a higher price -Pool now in operation contrary to previous reviews -Air-conditioned rooms, except for the living room -Cable TV -Quick and helpful staff Cons: - False "Beachfront" listing - Slow or unresponsive host - Shaking and squeaking in kitchen area - Intermittent water supply - Two dead cockroaches in Villa 1 - Disturbed sleep due to shared poolside karaoke - Unmentioned charges for gas and water - Missing items, like rice cooker - Replaced faulty refrigerator upon request Considering refund, seeing it as an experience. Sir Kid's Miranda Homestay in Balbagon is a better choice. Book directly in Camiguin for a satisfactory stay.

The house is good, looks like your home away from home. The host responds too quickly too. Wifi is slow, In our 3 days stays we havent seen them cleaning their pool so I had to stop my kids from swimming. Their staffs asked us to pay gasol rent for cooking 250 peso per day but I thinks its okay , I am just not aware. All in all the place is good, just a lil tidying because of the cockroaches. No tissue paper refill but they have a lots of kitchen wares you could use. We had a comfy sleep. Staffs is also accommodating.

The place is big but the things in the villa are old,some stuff needs to be replaced coz it's not safe to use anymore. Me and my brother got some bug bites most likely from the bed/linens. The bathrooms are dirty. No water and power during our last day. Pretty disappointing considering it's $200 + /night.
