Great stay, would highly recommend. Shared bathroom had a bidet attachment on the toilet and was so full of toiletries that I would have been fine had I brought none of my own. For you dark sleepers that use the bathroom at night, beware the automatic lights that ruin your melatonin production, making it difficult to get back to sleep. Awesome feature was having climate control over the guest section of the house, but not knowing how that would have worked out if their other Airbnb room was occupied. We got lucky that it wasn’t occupied, and they gave us the option of either room to stay in. If the other room was occupied and we were sharing the bathroom, the experience may have been a bit different. Room was very clean but felt cluttered. Same with the bathroom with all the toiletries on display. Not a lot of room to put your own stuff out. Snack basket on the very welcome mini fridge was well stocked, with water bottles in the fridge. Something that shows going above and beyond.

My son and I had a great day at the Shinn's place. Though there was a shared bathroom, it was super clean and there were no problems gaining entry. We had easy access to the kitchen and it was simple to get in and out of the property. Thanks again.

You get a special attraction just by coming to this place, a nice addition to your own itineraries! Top notch hospitality, respect for privacy, not to mention the interesting lives of this lovely couple!

Kenny & Nicole are a friendly couple with a beautiful place to share with guests. They were responsive and helpful from the beginning of the reservation process throughout our entire stay. Their property is beautiful with a nice trail they have created for guests to enjoy nature. The hot tub they offered was an enjoyable way to end our evening. They have friendly dogs and chickens. (Thank you so much for the fresh eggs- they were a delicious unexpected treat!) We visited during race weekend and their home is close to Dover speedway. They made us feel comfortable in the home and it was so much better than a hotel. I am so glad we found them on airbnb and I look forward to visiting again!
