自我介绍

I and my husband own Elms court Apartments, Abeokuta, Ogun State. Hospitality is our calling, and your satisfaction remains our priority. I’ve worked in Hospitality for around 8 years now. I started off in Aircraft as an air hostess for Qatar Airways but I have worked in every department within aircrafts, including first class/Business class sections, which I feel gives me the full picture of how to really make a hospitality business deliver. I would say that Housekeeping is still my favourite department and definitely the most important aspect of providing the best experience for our guests. When I have stayed away in hotels, in more than 100 countries while flying, I always expect a spotless room and to be greeted by staff that are happy to see me. Therefore these are always the areas that I concentrate on and like to think that we deliver this to the highest standard for every guest that stays with us. I love being at work and I enjoy working with a team that has the same approach to our industry as me and I think this is recognised by our guests – it makes them feel much more relaxed and very importantly, welcome!
