This place is worth every penny; peaceful, beautiful 360 views, starlit nights, hiking of all sorts, dog & kid friendly---a touch of heaven for a family get together. The Clancys are easy to communicate with; all was as described or better, with so many local tips in messages & guides left at the house. Don't hesitate to stay in Casa de los Cuentos if you have the opportunity!

Wow! Everything in this home was perfect! Tammi and Dave exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious, clean, and private! My family had a wonderful time relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the amazing views! We definitely did not want to leave! Tammi provided excellent recommendations on places to eat and things to do in Taos/Arroyo Seco! We will definitely be back! This place does not disappoint!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable home in an amazing spot close to the mountain and town. We stayed for 4 nights and appreciated the spacious layout of Tammi's home with rooms for each of the kids (and very comfortable beds). The outdoor spaces were great for enjoying the views and morning coffee and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Definitely reccommend staying at Casa de Cuentos!

We (two adults, two teens) had a great time staying here for our summer vacation. Tammi and Dave have made a homey and comfortable place with personality. We appreciated the location north of Taos in the beautiful landscape and close to the restaurants and shops of Arroyo Seco. If we return to this part of the world, we would hope to stay here again. Tammi and Dave were super responsive and flexible.

AMAZING. We have stayed in a *lot* of rental homes while traveling, all over the US and internationally. This is one of the best we've ever stayed in. Here are some of the things I liked best: - The house is beautiful - clearly well loved and well taken care of. Lots of nice little touches, and the décor is that perfect balance of homey and classy. - I love to cook, and I've learned to have low expectations for AirBnB kitchens; but this kitchen was great. Extremely well equipped - there wasn't a single thing I wanted that they didn't have. And everything was high quality and in good shape. - Plenty of linens! Why do so many AirBnB owners seem to think towels are a resource to be hoarded? Not here - tons of towels, and they were *nice* towels. - All the furniture was really comfortable, especially the beds. -The grounds are great - lots of space, well laid-out, very private. My family loved the hot tub, and the kids had a great time exploring both the courtyard and the larger yard around the house. (and our pup was in heaven out there!) In addition, Tammi made the whole process really easy - great communication when I booked the trip, really clear driving directions (for those of you not from New Mexico - that's always helpful, as GPS seems to have some trouble here), and check in and check out were a breeze. We look forward to being able to visit again!
