My husband and I are two architects and we loved staying at this unique modern house. It is beautiful. Our daughters loved the Koi pond and feeding the fish. It is a little ways from the things we were going to see in Chiang Mai but an easy 10-15 ride. There is a wonderful cafe across the street and we walked to a good Japanese BBQ place. It within the boundaries that both of tours would still pick us up. (It was easiest to tell them to pick us up at the Cafe across the street) The bedrooms are very comfortable, each with their own nice bathroom and storage areas. Our bed looked right over a section of the Koi pond. (Just to note, the rental is only the ground floor )

A beautiful house in a wonderful location, lots of space and light. Peace and quiet toward the centre of the city. It’s a real find and well worth booking and I would happily recommend it. The nearby cafe where you get breakfast is welcoming and very helpful.

First of all, the location was great. It was quite close to every where we wanted to go. The house itself was extraordinary. The common area was so roomy and a perfect spot for family to hangout and prepare our trip plan for the day. Everything was well-prepared and well-thought out for our enjoyable experiences. The bedroom was cozy and the bathrooms were so spacious. My friend was so impressed with both the experience and the price, she vowed to come back again next time we visit Chiang Mai. Or maybe even every time! See you soon!!! :)
