Located in Padua in a pretty residential area surrounded by greenery. Ideal for those who want to stay in a quiet environment at the gates of the city center. The hospitals and the historic center are just a few minutes away and can be easily reached by public transport. Four bike included! The very bright accommodation is composed of: living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom, windowed bathroom and balcony. Air conditioning, flat screen TV, free fiber optic WIFI. The "Emy House" apartment is 68 m2 and is located in a modern blue condominium on the 3rd floor with a lift. It is characterized by a playground just outside that allows children to relax and a large free parking lot in front of the condominium. Equipped with a large fenced access courtyard with the possibility of a parking space. Inside you will find the open space kitchen corner that overlooks the living room, equipped with everything you need: kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, cutlery, plates, glasses and cups. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine and hairdryer. There is also courtesy shampoo and foam bath. Also present in the house are clothes horse, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. If necessary, a travel cot and a child seat are also provided. The apartment will include bed linen and towels. Bed linen and towels are changed for stays over 5 nights. For convenience, you are offered the opportunity to use up to 4 bikes for free so you can reach the center comfortably using the present bike path; or simply take a ride in the surrounding greenery away from pollution and traffic. (You will be asked for a small deposit for the use of bicycles)

Emy’s house was perfect for a long stay in Padova. It was spotlessly clean and Emy had made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Our kids loved the park outside, the thoughtful touches on arrival and the cakes at the local bar. It was easy to drive or get the bus to the centre to explore or to hop on the motorway to get further afield. We couldn’t fault our stay and will certainly be back. Thanks Emy!

I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay at Emy’s place. Everything is brand new, It has everything you need, it’s beautifully decorated, super comfortable and in a nice safe neighborhood. Most importantly Emy goes above and beyond to help you in every way possible, is super kind, and even met me at almost 12 o’clock at night when I arrived and explained everything to me in detail. Before I arrived she also gave me a lot of information regarding getting from the airport to her place and it was all very helpful.

If you need something look around the neighborhood, it is likely that you will find it a stone's throw from your apartment. Supermarkets pizzerias restaurants newsagents tobacconists and much more await you near you. Fish and also Mexican specialties are some of the flavors that are just a stone's throw from your accommodation! If the day allows you to go down and take a stroll at the park located just below your accommodation, you will find relaxation and rest.
The apartment is located in a quiet place but at the same time adjacent to the most convenient services. In a moment you arrive on the main street where you can take the bus stop.
The neighborhood is located near the city just a few minutes from the main attractions, such as the Basilica del Santo, downtown, Hospitals, University, Bo. It is 10 minutes from the Fiera and is easily accessible from the main communication routes. Well served it has a really large and free parking lot. It is located near the National Institute of Nuclear Physics, the Experimental Zooprophylactic Institute of the Venezie, the Agripolis campus of the University of Padua Located in Legnaro.
The neighborhood is one of the most animated, alive, and renowned in the city. it is well served by bar restaurants (Pesce, pizzeria, Mexican) It has a supermarket at 500 meters, a newsagent, a pastry shop, a bar, an ice cream parlor, a tobacco shop and more.
If you want to relax, take the bicycles that you have been provided for free and take a ride away from cars and pollution, or use them to reach the center; but remembering to always close them with a padlock!

The bus stop is 50 meters away, through which you can reach the main destinations such as hospitals, the Basilica of the Saint and the historic center.
Line 16 leads towards Prato della Valle, Basilica del Santo, Centro storico.
Line 14 leads to the hospitals, Cappella degli Scrovegni, Ferrovia.
line 41 passes on holidays.
