Two bedrooms with clean bathrooms, comfortable mattress covered in spotless white spread inviting us for a good sleep. Clean water from taps both hot and cold. Hall is quite large and furnished. Sit-out is a beautiful place but it needs couple of chairs and a coffee table to hangout. Verandah at the back of the villa will make you time travel backwards by 30 years. The garden having mountains and tall trees as backdrop is a sight to behold. You will find good spots for some awesome snaps that can decorate your profile page. Finally, the dining hall. A regular kitchen. Then what makes makes the difference? The man who make it. He gets the proportion right and the food was simple and delicious. As commodities are scarce and hard to find near by we let Esha to fix the menu and we tweaked a bit to suit our preferences. We had a slow, lazy and laid back holiday at the Rockland. Villa is old and and it shows in some places. But gives all that she can. Happy Holidays!!!

It has a serene surrounding , interaction in English during stay was a challenge , locks were not working .

Great communication from Esha. My friends stayed at Rocklands under my name as I was sadly unable to travel. Still, they were made to feel welcome and very much enjoyed their time there. Thank you Esha.
