Experienced a lot of problem during our stay. This is due to broken tv, moldy sofas, smelly pillows, broken water heater, power outage and wifi outage. Host did try their best to mitigate and resolve the issues but the holidays got the best of them. Host very responsive though which is a good thing. I would advise the host to recheck everything in the unit to resolve existing issues. If we did not have our own unit in the vicinity, we would be very disappointed. Host gave out 2 extended days of stay for 4 days of interruptions.

Easy and flexible check-in to the building, the unit was clean and as described in the listing, and the area is very convenient because of the mall below. The unit had a slight issue a day before we were supposed to check in but Ms. Janice offered us a temporary unit since we opted for an early check-in and was able to move to the sm light unit as soon as the issue was addressed. Only downside to the area is the parking other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend 😄

It’s my second time renting this unit. Heres my opinion: Great thing about this place: 1) the ease of check in 2) fast and smooth transaction with Janice with clear instructions. 3) spacious and fast wifi 4) hot and cold Suggestion to improve: 1) the place has flies inside near the kitcher area. 2)the floor is a little dusty thats why you cant remove your shoes. Otherwise, your feel will get dirty. 3) provide a drinking water at least and complimentary soap and shampoo 4) the sofa is a little dirty I think. I didnt use it.

Ms. Janice was very nice to me and was able to accommodate our requests. Although there’s a bit confusion in my inquiry because I booked the place a day before my guests arrived but it was resolved quickly. Also, the parking fee will follow the mall rates and additional fee for overnight parking which is expensive. But overall experience was okay.
