It was a beautiful, quiet and peaceful place . The staff was very cooperative and courteous. Breakfast was scrumptious. Overall a great place !

Beautiful surroundings. We booked 4 beds in a dormitory but found that a bit expensive but that could be because we booked at the last minute.

This happens to be my worst experience at Airbnb. There were multiple issues with the stay. 1- The pictures are very misleading about the room. Please check with the owner for the actual pictures of the place. We were 2 couples and found that the pictures shown are only part of the whole stay. The other bed is a futon which is placed in the hall without any space. It's just big enough for a futon bed. a- there's no privacy at all and it's not even a bedroom. b- there's no second bathroom as mentioned in the listing. We paid Rs 27K for 4 people for 2 nights to stay in the same god-damn room. 2- The place is also a homestay which was open to a lot of other visitors. There were a group of people who came for their birthday or something. We wanted a peaceful getaway from work but the whole place (especially the pool) had no decorum. People drank and kept shouting and singing and dancing at the top of their voices. 3- The property manager lacks empathy and is a guy who wouldn't even talk nicely. When we told him that the pictures are misleading and this is not what we expected he said point blank that this is what it is. Lunch was normally being served at 3 PM and one day when we wanted to cancel the lunch at 12 PM (because we decided to go to a nearby trek) he said that the food is already prepared. A clear lie. We didn't join the bonfire because of the loud group and he told us that the bonfire will be set up for us the next day. But he again went back on his words and said to attend the bonfire which the larger group had again hijacked. When we bounced back that yesterday he had told us that he would put up another bonfire for us, he said bonfire is not for individuals and it would only be for groups and the bonfire is complimentary and we haven't got any right to ask for a private one. After talking to the owner, he again set up one privately for us. But it didn't come easy. All I would say is even after such a premium price for the stay, you would be staying in one room and its not worth at all. The property is beautiful but you would get better at the same price at JavaRains or somewhere else. Please do not opt for this property.

This is a wonderful place to stay away from all the chaos. The manager , the Chef ( babu & Prakash) were such a humble beings . Do visit the place.

This place is beyond amazing! We stayed in a private cottage for 2 nights. Prakash and his hospitality is unmatched. If you are looking for a chill time away from the city amidst forest, this is the place to be. Also, don't miss out on the amazing food that they provide. Will definitely return for another stay.
