Studio with floor-to-ceiling windows, a modern kitchen, an open bathroom and a balcony with a view to the Dolomites. Studio with king-size bed / south-facing sunny balcony / floor-to-ceiling windows / sofa bed / HD LED TV / fully equipped branded kitchen / bathroom with walk-in rainshower / floor heating / high-speed WIFI / 40 m² / 1-2 persons. SPA with steam bath, Finnish and bio sauna, three relaxation areas and longest swimming pool (20 meters) within the valley. The apartment is very quiet and has a beautiful view to the Dolomites. The apartment is perfectly situated for hikers, mountain bikers, cross-country skiers and ski tourers. For people who love nature there is a lot to do in the surrounding area. The price includes a set of towels (1 shower towel, 1 towel and 1 sauna towel) per person. Bathrobes and slippers are not included in the price, but can be rented at reception. For the kitchen we provide dishtowels, sponge, detergent and tabs for the dishwasher. Foods such as sugar, salt, vinegar and oil are not included in the price. It's not allowed to smoke within the apartment and the building. The city tax of 3,20 Euro per person per day can be paid at check-out.

Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Das Appartment war wie beschrieben und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Pool, Fitnessraum und Saunabereich war super.
The actual apartment is absolutely beautiful. I have to say it is even better than the pictures which seems impossible! The views of the mountains with floor to ceiling windows are absolutely stunning. The bathroom/shower is spacious with a waterfall shower head. The best part of the property is the pool located at -1 with a view of the mountains and the amazing spa facilities (two different saunas and a steam room). Hannes is an amazing host, he is very responsive to all of your needs and provided us excellent recommendations for restaurants nearby. We enjoyed all of his suggestions. He is a great communicator and always available to help. We cannot wait to come back to visit!
This place was amazing. The absolute best place during our trip through Italy. Hanna’s was so accommodating and helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer. Our view was incredible. Our place was wonderful and clean!
Hannes’s place was the perfect place to rest after hiking around the different trails in the area. Hannes was friendly and extremely helpful. He gave us great recommendations for markets and restaurants as well as a list of places of interests for visitors. All amenities were clean and well kept. The sauna was a wonderful treat after a long day out. The view from our balcony was absolutely amazing, photos just can’t do it justice. There is a bit of a drive to some hiking trails, but it was worth the trek. Definitely bookmarking this place for future visits.
We had a wonderful stay! It was quiet, clean, and peaceful. We were able to hike right from the property.

Bus stop is about 700 m from the house. We are happy to offer a free shuttle service to the bus stop. Public transport can be used free of charge, tickets are available on request.
