From our arrival to departure Manuela was a fabulous host. We arrived after 1am due to flight delay and she left us clear check in instructions. A little hard to find in the dark but we got there! The space was much larger than I imagined, the look was of a very rural, rustic ‘typical’ Italian farmhouse. Don’t expect anything too modern! The pool area was lovely, sunloungers, seats and shaded area if needed. We didn’t use the kitchen so can’t comment but looked well stocked! The location was great for what we needed (wedding venue searching) lovely quiet location, 10min drive to an area with lots of restaurants- in which Manuela suggested one of them to us. We were also offered a lovely breakfast 2 of our 4 mornings at €15 pp. This was a ‘typical’ Italian breakfast where we were served so many lovely thing. Ranging from scrambled eggs, pastries, fruit juice, teas/coffee to local homemade dishes. We hope to return sometime soon!

Lovely rustic self contained accommodation in an ideal spot for exploring Tuscany. Large living space with mini kitchen in a cupboard! A perfect place to stay out in the countryside. A car is needed but the roads are easy and simple enough. Would definitely recommend!

המיקום והמקום מעולים ומהממים, מנואלה מקסימה ומארחת מכל הלב, תמיד עזרה לנו!!! הדבר היחיד שהיה לנו חסר זה דברים במטבח- אנחנו מבשלים הרבה בבית והיה חסר קצת ציוד, אבל זה שטויות ביחס ליחס ולמקום, שפשוט היה נעים נעים! תודה!

Wat een prachtige plek om vakantie te vieren en de prachtige Val Orcia te bezoeken. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt én nog iets meer. Tijdens ons verbljjf in begin april hebben we al heerlijk buiten in de zon kunnen zitten. Genieten van de prachtige omgeving!! Absoluut een aanrader!

Manuela has been the most warm and gracious host. Her farmhouse is situated in a beautiful situation just overlooking the rolling hills of the Tuscany countryside and minutes drive from Vigno Bagnoni’s springs. It is exceptionally convenient to drive to all the major wineries in Montalcino and a short drive to Montalcino town itself. The apartment itself is cosy, warm and the definition of tranquility. There is no way to put into words the feeling of peace from sitting on a bench next to a fig tree just staring out to the rolling Tuscan hills. We highly recommend it and thank Manuela for making our stay as memorable and comfortable as it has been.
