We loved staying here!!! Three old childhood friends had a spacious, classy, comfortable and fun place to stay in the midst of a busy, active, bustling Cincinnati. Our focus was seeing a best friend at the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company and this was a great location! It felt Posh and cozy all at the same time..

Jennifer's place was fantastic for our nearly 1-week stay. Great location in the OTR neighborhood. The adjacent neighborhood is in transition with a few of the blocks to the east a bit gritty, but the area felt extremely safe all hours of the day. Don't hesitate to book this place as it is both safe and also close and convenient to everything that makes Cincinnati special. You can see the Findlay Market from the apartment and it is a quick walk to the free streetcar that takes you downtown in just a few minutes (it stops at the Findlay stop about every 15 minutes). There are so many exceptional restaurants just a few blocks away. It is also a very short walk to Washington Park, also with some great surrounding restaurants. The apartment is huge and could easily accommodate two couples as there are two separate and private large bedrooms. The unit was very quiet at night and the master bathroom is fantastic, complete with a great tub and large shower. Overall a great experience.

loved this place. stayed because my sister was getting married at a brewery down the street, and this place was awesome. if you love old brick apartments, book here! looked like something out of a magazine and loved all the art and murals in the surrounding area.

A friend and I stayed at Jennifer's place for the Flying Pig Marathon. It was easy to get downtown by rideshare. The space was beautiful and in a great location, literally steps from Findlay Market. The owners were wonderful to accommodate my request to store my luggage until my evening flight so I could use the day to go to the zoo. Thanks for a great stay in OTR in Cincy!

This stay was for my son's graduation from the U of Cincinnati. For all four years we while he was in school, we stayed in OTR. This time, we had more people in our group, so we rented Jennifer's place and it worked out great. Having 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a large kitchen and living room, a washer and dryer and a reserved parking space (this is HUGE!), really made our weekend even more special. You are steps from the Findlay market and all sorts of great bars and restaurants, you would not need a car if you stayed here unless you had other places outside this area to travel to, but if you did, you have your own FREE parking space. Five star experience for our group, if you do have someone who is older or ADA challenged, the stairs will present an issue so note this, otherwise, this place is amazing and in the heart of one of the coolest areas of Cincinnati.
