It was a wonderful stay and why we picked a home respected by an owner and not a vacation company. Plenty of dishes and amenities in the kitchen and the pool was a perfect get away for the hotter days. We greatly appreciated his responses to all requests and questions. The home looked just like the listing

Great for a bigger group and super close to the beach! The house was comfy and had beautiful views of the ocean. Everything was clean, and Larry was always available for questions.

This home was very accommodating for our large family on Spring Break vacation. We had all amenities that we needed to enjoy our time together.

This place was great from beginning to end. Spacious, plenty of rooms, each one with own bathrooms which is huge for big groups. Walkable distance to the beach and own pool for after hours. Our kids had a great time and we rest A LOT… Larry was very responsive and very friendly. We are looking forward to come back!!!!

Came for a week long much needed break with friends. We had a great time and definitely will consider coming back to OIB someday. Larry was super nice and easy to talk to, he even let us check in early as we drove and arrived much earlier than anticipated. The place was perfect and overall 5 star place and time!
