We picked Floriana's apartment for the great location and 3 bedroom and 3 baths. We had our daughter, son-in-law and their two children meet there, and having privacy for each of us really made a difference. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the large dining room table was perfect for gathering for meals and talk. The balcony overlooking the sea was so nice. We would stay there again if we make it back to Alassio. Thank you Floriana and Tiziana!

It is very spacious - perfect for large groups - with a great sea view. The kitchen/living/dining room is lovely but as another reviewer mentions the bathrooms need renovating and can be annoying to use (e.g. one has no proper shower and the floor gets soaked with every use). Constant loud music and cigarette smoke from the bar below the balcony drowned out any chance of hearing the 'waves breaking on the shoreline and children playing on the beach' mentioned in the listing. We had to close the windows several times. A strong gas smell also went through the apartment every time hot water was used due to the position of the boiler vent (the smell was not caused by the bar as claimed by management). It was frustrating that only two bins are provided when waste has to be sorted into more categories. Staff were helpful and responsive when issues came up, which we appreciated. Such a shame the beach is dominated by expensive bagni - almost no dedicated free sections at all.

Appartamento fantastico (esattamente come sulle foto), posizione centralissima e di fronte alla spiaggia. Floriana è stata molto disponibile sia per il check-in, sia per il nostro benvenuto (regalo di prelibatezze locali), infine anche per l’organizzazione relativa a nostro figlio di due anni. Se dovessimo tornare ad Alassio, non esiteremmo ad alloggiare di nuovo da Floriana.
