Lovely, old home in an historic town. Easy going and friendly hosts who communicate well, stay connected and yet also leave you your space. Very comfortable, spacious bedroom. It was a great visit.

if there's a fairy tale of airbnb, i felt like John and Charlotte are the embodiment of the first ever airbnb's intended spirits --- kind hosts who genuinely support the guests and share their space and culture, i couldn't be happier to have met them, i felt like i was invited to a home of a family who has a rich history and an authentic taste, which i could simply feel by being in their space, which is rare everything in the space was well thought out, i could relax thoroughly during my stay, cannot thank you enough, John and Charlotte, for taking care of every details for me to be comfortable

This was my sister and I’s first time ever booking an Airbnb and it surpassed our every expectation! John and Charlotte were both so lovely and extremely helpful with everything we needed. Our stay was the perfect combination of private and ‘homey’ all in one. John recommended so many wonderful restaurants and hiking trails. And best of all, I was able to bring my dog! Charlotte and John were both extremely accommodating, offering an extra dog bed if needed and access to their closed in backyard. Overall it was a great stay, and I will definitely be returning when the weather gets warmer.

The place is only a 20-minute walk from the Metro North. I loved that the space matched the pictures and had a private bathroom. I would go again if visiting Cold Spring. Thank you!!
