Francesco was extremely friendly and accommodating, he let us drop our bags off early so we didn’t have to lug them around the Positano staircases. He gave us plenty of local recommendations for food and they were all delicious. He was always responsive, helped when we had other questions like explaining how to send a postcard. Place was clean and on for table. The view was really nice. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Francesco was such an amazing host! We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful stay. The location was great and the Airbnb was perfect. Francesco was extremely helpful, kind, and responsive. He offered great recommendations and even helped arrange our cars back to the train station. Cannot recommend enough!

We had a great time in Positano and couldn’t have asked for a better location. There were multiple cafes and restaurants just outside the front door but it was never noisy. Gorgeous view of the bay and the property itself was even better than in photos. Francesco was an excellent host and gave us perfect recommendations, knew the Almalfi Coast and everything to do on it. We can’t wait to come back! The restaurant across the street, Saraceno D’Oro, makes the best pizza we’ve ever had.

Our stay at Francesco’s was above and beyond our expectations - spotless, breezy and bright, as well as huge! It’s a 9 minute walk to the clearer, quieter beach (Fornillo), and we had the best pizza at Saracen’s d’Oro which is just next to the Airbnb. The flat was very comfortable, with a beautiful shower and wonderful balcony. Francesco was a very helpful host, very responsive to messages and keen to share his special place. Thanks again, we leave with very happy memories.

Francesco is the gentleman and scholar of Positano. He made our stay exceptionally comfortable and pleasant. His apartment itself is spacious, clean, and features a large balcony we used everyday. We brought our car and he helped us conveniently park it right across from the apartment. We ate at the restaurant next door one evening and the bakery on the other side of the restaurant every morning for a quick breakfast on the patio before heading out. One of the showers has a changing light mechanism that is an experience at sunset or sunrise with the view of the town and both showers are immaculate with beautiful tiling. There is a short path down the steep stairs of Positano to the main beach, or the apartment is so close to the main beach you can wind down the main road with a slightly longer walk time if you have kids or an injury.Francesco is quite knowledgeable about Positano itself- his family is local to the area for generations. No complaints here which is rare for a Frenchman!
