Great place to stay. The room is exactly like in the pictures : clean, spacious and nice. The house is very well located, you can to the port walking. The view on the sea is wonderful at anytime of the day. You can even go swimming from the house!

This place is perfect if you prefer more quiet areas surrounded by the sea. It has an amazing view from the balcony and there is a really nice spot for swimming and snorkeling nearby with clear water. It is close to the Agios Nikolaos port at about 10 minutes by foot, where you can also find many restaurants (we recommend To Nisi), a cozy small beach and boats to rent for the Blue Caves and Shipwreck. We strongly recommend booking a car/quad/scooter a few weeks in advance, as we couldn't find any a few days before our stay in August. There are not many taxis in the area and they can be quite expensive (50-60 euros from the airport). We really recommend this place for the hospitality and remoteness as there are not many tourists as in the south.

Amazing view, great location (few minutes from Agios Nikolaus city center) and close to the most beautiful beaches in Zakhyntos. Flexibility with check in as our flight was delayed by 2 hours, we didn`t have any issue with late check in. It`s a great cost benefit place.

Great location right by the ocean with sea view from the private balcony. Wonderful and helpful hostess. Big recomendation!

Everything perfect! The location is awesome with swimming distance to the blue caves and walking distance to the tavernas. Welcome-watermelon rounded it all up:)
