My friends and I stayed here for Carnival 2020. The actually apartment is not bad at all and looks exactly as in pictures, but there were a few hiccups. There seemed to be miscommunication between Alicia(host) who is really just an agent and the actual owner of the property. While the property was advertised and did not mention WiFi, we did query as to whether or not in fact it does not have WiFi. We were told that WiFi would be installed in Feb, prior to our arrival. It was not. The owner informed us at Alicia made no mention of such to her. I do think the owner and their representative on site did do their best to address the situation though we understood that getting WiFi immediately was problematic given the carnival weekend. While my friends and I were not as dependent on having WiFi given that we all had adequate data packages on our phones, what now made this difficult was that the actually location of the apartment is in a dead zone. Making calls while in the apartment or even outside of the apartment was extremely difficult, as well as sending or receiving messages or browsing the internet or social media. We had to depend on sending all messages etc when we were outside of the property. Aspects of the apartment could have been better cleaned like some of the bedding and removal of cobweb in and around. I think once there is WiFi and cable and with just a little more cleaning, it would be an excellent choice, especially for carnival. The location was good being near to Tunapuna with several options for eating places, banking etc.
