Too much noise between 9pm to 1am, small refrigerator for 7guest, not enough outlets in the kitchen ,the last 3 days the air conditioner starts to loose power, the drawers next to the bed was glue, we couldn't used, the pool very small. Was impossible shared with the other people that was staying in the bahia, and the important thing, no private if you go with you husband and have kids staying together.

This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Let me count the ways. And by the way I am a super host with many five star reviews on my place, so I know what I’m talking about. The minute we arrived late at night we were able to get in touch with the hosetess,  but she seemed irritated with our questions. She said there was parking in front, but did not indicate that was across the street on the public street and therefore somewhat vulnerable. The minute we enter the house, we are assaulted with the smell of aerosol, chemical fragrances everywhere. So much so that my partner got a headache right away. There was also lots of noise and people still swimming in the pool at 10 PM at night, well  after authorized hours. There was water on the marble steps going up-To our room that made it very slippery and dangerous. When we finally got in the room, the smoke alarm was beeping with a dead battery. When we called the host for assistance with that, she asked us to take it down from the ceiling ourselves. When we refused, she tried to get in touch with maintenance but could not find anybody so said she would drive over. In the meantime, I just stepped on the couch to reach the smoke alarm because it was driving us crazy, but balancing on the edge of the couch in the middle of the room was a little dangerous As well But our major/main complaint was it the bedroom (in fact the whole house) was being blasted every two seconds in different colored psychedelic lights. When we called the hostess to turn them off, she indicated that they had been installed two months ago and could not be turned off,! not even the pulsing every two minutes! from red to green to purple to yellow to orange, every two seconds. Huge powerful lights on two sides of  our “bedroom.” She said that no one else had complained at these lights blasting the house all night! but we were stunned. We were supposed to sleep in this bedroom with these lights pulsing all night! And the curtains were sheer thin — letting in all of this light, all night These PULSATING LIGHTS ALL NIGHT were outrageous. And unacceptable. We immediately called Airbnb Support to document this — and demand a full refund for both nights. In addition, the aerosol chemical fragrances were placed throughout the room, and the bathroom — impossible to get the smell out. My partner continued to have a bad headache all night. THEN My partner had to go down to the pool area at 1:45 AM in the morning — to ask the young teenagers who were drinking beers and making loud noises down there to please be quiet! Young Teenagers drinking beers at the pool unsupervised at 1:45 AM in the morning! THEN I was woken up at 3:30 AM in the morning — when other guests were yelling from the house, all the way across the street, to their friends who were about to leave. They were all drunk and yelling and laughing obnoxiously for about 20 minutes. This is basically a party house, or was that night. The hostess does not live on the property, and everything is completely unsupervised. And running amuck. Now for Much more minor complaint: but the so-called kitchen advertised in the “suite” had zero supplies, not even coffee, not even cups or silverware or anything at all. When we went down in the morning, to the main kitchen, to try and get a hot drink for ourselves with our own coffee, it was filthy, strewn with empty liquor bottles and beer cans, with the same under aged young teenagers standing around. All in all, a true Airbnb nightmare. Dr. Frederic.
