We found Geni and Chris's place to be the perfect home base for our weekend in St. Augustine. It was so easy to walk into downtown St. Augustine for a jog along the water, dinner, or the live music. The apartment is the perfect set up for one or two people and we appreciated how clean, tastefully designed and decorated, and comfortable everything was. We highly recommend this spot!

Great location to downtown St. Augustine. Walked across the bridge to Harry's Seafood restaurant. The space is on the second floor with stairs and there was parking on the street right outside of the building. Made it easy for us to drive to all the local spots planned on our trip. Place was clean, quiet and convenient. Would stay here again.

The apartment was clean, updated and very comfortable and the hosts are super responsive and kind. They had everything that I needed for a pleasant stay. Loved it! Next I’ll stay longer! 😍

We stayed in Condo 4 at the property. Located perfectly between the beach and Historical downtown. The condo was spotless and looked identical to the pictures. It's on a peaceful street in a community with little drive by traffic. We wanted to spend a day at the beach and reached out regarding beach chairs. The owner brought them straight over and left them by the front door! We felt safe the whole time and walked into downtown numerous times. We recommend this property because of its, cleanliness, responsiveness of owners and location location location!!

The Anastasia Grand was perfect for our trip to St. Augustine. The apartment is spacious and spotless. The location is within walking distance to downtown and it's a quick drive to the beach. We would stay here again. Thank you Geni and Chris!
