This is a beautiful place to stay with a gorgeous view and a huge balcony for outdoor entertaining. Completely private and quiet. Don't forget to wait for a couple of hours (2-3hr) after turning the hot water switch on before taking the shower. The tank water system is available. it is better to bring water to drink for sure. little bit far from shopping centres (20 min drive to the nearest Coles). We had a great stay there.

Perfect location to get away and relax. Bushland on one side of the house and a quiet neighbourhood made it feel very private and peaceful. Indoors was spacious with different living areas for the family to spread out when they wanted to do their own thing. The balcony was large and the perfect place to enjoy dinner overlooking the bay, read or play pool on the full sized pool table. If you are looking for more action, you can drive to Nelson Bay or Newcastle but they are 40mins or more from North Arm Cove. Locally you can swim at the bay (which was within walking distance) or play tennis at the local community centre (a 2 minute drive) which also has a basketball hoop. We would definitely stay here again.

Too quiet and place is bit smelly and old. Entertainment area is good. Bed is very noisy and uncomfortable. Nice view from the balcony however it’s an extremely quiet remote area.

Great place with views and massive entertainers balcony. Having the pool table outside on the deck next to the BBQ was a huge plus. We definitely recommend this place and keen to visit again.
