This place was perfect for us. The house is clean, spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. Its located in a lovely quiet spot, minimal traffic, just the sound of the water, and bird songs. The real estate agents are fantastic, our whole weekend went so smoothly. Would absolutely book again.

My husband and I stayed here for the lead up to our daughter’s wedding. It was spacious and had everything we needed and was close to all of the Te Garden locations. Lovely looking over the water and black swans. Great value for money and lovely peaceful stay

Modest good value property in terrific position out of town centre. Quintessential quiet experience with small kangaroos and bird life around the area. The renovated kitchen & bathroom made this basic spacious home easy to stay in… heaps of living areas.

The location was very peaceful and quiet, I stayed in winter so not much to do in tea gardens, but if your looking for a summer getaway, going to the beach, bush walking and catching up on your sleep it is a perfect location. It was an affordable rental but the upkeep on the property could be better, there was mould in one of the rooms so I couldn't use it and a funny smell on arrival, had to air out the property and spray some air freshener. There was also no light out the front which made it difficult.
