This apartment is centrally located and in the heart of Astana. We walked to a different restaurant each night and had great food. The apartment was clean and had 3 separate bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean.

Best location in town, right at the centre if everything, restaurants and attractions are very short walk away, decent building with security access, kids playing area, spacious apartment, really good space with big kitchen and huge living area, the host is responsive always and pleasant to deal with, have also met the nice young gentleman Alisher who is the host’s son, he picked us up from the airport, super helpful, however I have few comments on the property that are serious in my view, we are traveling with a 3 years old child, the elevator is quite risky, there is no chance that you would not be hit by its door at least once, it feels like its hunting for you and wants you just to attempt passing through so it closes on you, we have learned the hard way how to jump in without being “captured”, luckily our son had only near miss and not actual hits, like we, the parents, have got… close call 1 The furniture is falling apart, we had our son watching his cartoons on the ipad at the big center table at the living area, we did not realize that the table is only sitting on one of the legs that is not attached to the table with anything, small movement and the table slipped off one of the legs and fell, just missing our son’s foot, close call 2 We shifted him to the dining table only to find that it is no better, shaking like belly dancer, had we not noticed could have been another near miss… close call 3 Pulling the towel off its hanger at the bathroom and the metal bar fell, and again the poor little monkey was right underneath it, really missed him by an inch.. close call 4.. Its quite cold here, especially at night, but hot water is not hot enough, only warm, and you need to keep it running for some time for the warm water to come by, only it turns really hot to a dangerous degree if someone happened to flush the toilet or open the sink tap, we weren’t warned about this and had to find it the hard way, luckily the boy wasn’t exposed to that.. close call 5 The shower feels like its about to fall off its hinges, close call 6 in the making.. Major water leak under the kitchen sink every time we use the water. We were only provided two rolls of toilet paper roll for our 5 days stay, for all 3 of us, but that’s no issue, we shopped for more.. Dont get me wrong, it is still an amazing place to stay, I just think the host needs to do some repairs and upgrade the furniture, you’ve got to invest money to make money.. cannot rely only on location! We had a good stay overall.
