We had a wonderful stay in Villa Karinya. Three adults for six nights. The communication with the team was outstanding prior to and during the stay. Daily servicing kept the place comfortable. Every necessary amenity was available. The villa felt private, on a quiet street within short walking distance of the central activity. The pool and outside area was great for lounging. We’d definitely re-book and recommend it to others. Thanks, Mia and team 🙏

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! We had responsive and proactive hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for us. We were warmly welcomed with a detailed message and PDF document highlighting local hotspots etc. we had fresh coconuts and fruit upon arrival and the villa itself was simply beautiful! We all had amazing stays and would definitely recommend it to anyone (even if they didn’t ask)! The place was spotlessly cleaned every day with fresh linen and towels. Security on site made us feel safe. We hired bikes from the villa and they sorted our airport transport out for us no bother! Thanks so much for a brilliant stay, would love to come back again 🥰

A tranquil place with some lovely touches that made us feel extra welcome. Home made granola, coffee and fruit made those first mornings of our stay memorably restful. Extremely warm hosts answered our questions quickly and helped us by arranging scooters and a taxi. Aesthetically beautiful. Highly recommend.

Villa Karinya: Ideal for families! We stayed at Karinya with our two children (3 years, 10 months) for two months. Exceptional staff made our stay unforgettable. From kids' amenities to prompt assistance, they had us covered. Mia and her lovely team ensured every need was met, even arranging scooter rental, laundry service and daycare pickups. Karinya is one of 9 villas in a compound that runs under the name Niyama Villas. The villa is spacious, beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and stunning bathrooms. There are screens on all the windows and doors and mosquitoes nets over the beds. Perfectly located near restaurants, cafes, spas, and yoga places yet tucked away on a quiet street. The pool is child-friendly, our 3 year old loved playing on the large shallow part. The garden offers a serene retreat. Fully equipped kitchen, daily cleaning, 24-hour security—everything provided for a carefree holiday. We couldn't have asked for more and would return in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Beautiful villa - down a quiet street but accessible by foot or scooter to lots of great coffee / food / grocery options. Very well equipped and pool was perfect! Staff are so friendly and helpful - good local advice and can hire scooters on the spot. Overall loved the more chilled vibes in Lombok - definitely worth the extra trek and these villas are luxurious and fuss free.
