The location was excellent with a beautiful view of mountains and the strip. We actually seen a coyote the first night and a black bear the next morning from our balcony in the back empty parking lot! Got it on camera. I will definitely stay again!

We traveled to Gatlinburg to experience the Smokey Mountain National Park which is right down the street. The view from the patio is spectacular. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and supplied everything needed for a memorable stay. Hosts were communicative and helpful. 5 stars for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location was great and the space was too. Everything is accessible a walking distance from restaurants and attractions. Overall I would rebook again. The only suggestion I would like to add is potentially replacing of the smaller room mattress. The mattress seemed pretty worn out to the point that it was a bit hard to sleep since it would sink from the center. Aside from that little concern, everything is great I would recommend it to everyone who is wants to visit Gatlinburg.

Patty and Jim’s place is just as described on the listing. Comfortable space for our group of 4 and a quick walk to the Gatlinburg strip. I would definitely book again on our next trip.
