We just stayed at Fred and Arlene’s during the opening weekend of the 2023 LLWS and it was a phenomenal experience. The home is beautiful and exactly as described. Fred and Arlene are wonderful, accommodating hosts. In fact, Fred is one of the nicest human beings I have ever met. One thing to note is that this out in the country, but only a 10-minute or so drive to everything, including the Little League complex. If you are in Williamsport and need a comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend this property!

We came to Williamsport to watch our team from Hagerstown, Indiana compete in the LLWS. Fred & Arlene's home was perfect for our group. The home was clean, comfortable, and provided ample space. The kids enjoyed playing wiffle ball in the large front yard. The adults in our group enjoyed the fire pit & outside seating areas. It was a great stay and if we return to Williamsport at some point, we will definitely try and book this residence again. Thank you!

Great host with excellent communication, providing insight on local activities and areas. Were kind enough to provide us with a list of possible attractions prior to our arrival helping us plan our itinerary. The house itself is great, open, spacious and has everything you would need. 5 stars doesn’t do it justice. Would definitely recommend staying here if in the area.

Fred and Arlene definitely went above-and-beyond in terms of service. Met us at the property to show us around took the time to explain all their wonderful house has to offer. Extremely quick to respond to any questions and know the area well - best places to visit and best places to eat. Highly recommend!

The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The owners, Fred and Arlene, are welcoming and hospitable. Fred diligently prepared the elk viewing route instructions on a map with 2 sheets of typed instructions to guide us to the elks area and gave us suggestions of the nearby restaurants and activities. At night, we were able to lay down on the ground and star gaze at the beautiful clear sky just at the yard outside of the house. House is recommended to people who would be interested at star gazing and elk viewing :)
