The apartment was a great location, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, laundry, farmers market, park, movie theatre and subway! It was also a very quiet location! Good internet! Dani was great to work with and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable month’s stay. Thanks again Dani!

I had a great stay at Dani's place and highly recommend it! I was there for three and a half months, and my stay was ideal in every way. First off, Dani and James are wonderful hosts; they are very kind and very easy to communicate with. The apartment is spacious and has all the comforts of home, including a well-equipped kitchen, fast internet, and a comfy bed. As for the neighborhood, it has the best of all worlds. Dani's street is residential and quiet, but it's also just around the corner from all the action: TONS of restaurants and businesses, including grocery stores, great pizza, more coffee shops than you could count, and a friendly laundromat. It's also a quick walk to the F,G, and R trains, making it easy to get to just about anywhere in the city. All in all, I can't say enough good things about Dani's place!

What a lovely place! It's well appointed, extremely clean (no dust bunnies under that bed!) and the location can't be beat. Only a few blocks from two major subway lines, and countless restaurants and shops are nearby. It's a 15 min walk to Prospect Park and you can be in Manhattan in no time. The building is secure and I felt safe in the neighborhood at all times. Some of the pictures are outdated - there is now a dishwasher! And also a more modern television. Dani was so kind and great with communication and giving me the lay of the land. I stayed for a month over Christmas and I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Where do I begin? What am amazing property with an amazing host!! Dani took such great care of me and always responded to my questions!! After a chaotic year teaching during COVID-19, this was an absolute great place to decompress and relax!!

Dani is a wonderful hostess. The apartment has big windows that look to the backyard which allow for wonderful natural light. The location is close to a grocery store, 5th Avenue restaurants, subway and bus routes. Very conveniently located. The apartment is quiet. The kitchen is pleasant and well equipped. I had a nice stay.
