Guido and Bane are fantastic hosts. You can tell that they really put a lot of thought into the airbnb. The airbnb was beautiful and felt like home. They supplied all amenities you’ll need. There was reserved parking that was easily accessible. The view was beautiful. My next visit I would love to stay again. Thank you Guido and Bane for the hospitality!!! :)

Nuestra estancia fue breve pero todo estuvo EXCELENTE: limpieza, ubicación, comunicación, seguridad, entorno, etc... En general, un buen lugar para alojarse =) ... SÚPER RECOMENDADO !!!

Excelente opción para hospedarse en Cuenca, vale la pena el valor que se paga por esta propiedad, no solo porque el departamento es exactamente como se lo describe y mejor aún, sino por la amabilidad y el nivel de servicio de Guido, el host. Eso hace la diferencia en todo momento ya que la experiencia es increible. Guido también tuvo detalles de dejar cosas útiles como sal, pimienta, pasta de dientes, shampoo, agua, papel higiénico etc lo cual es muy útil a la llegada del huesped. Parqueo cómodo para un auto grande en el subterráneo, lugar seguro, bien ubicado lejos de ruido del centro pero a 5 minutos en auto del mismo. Vista increíble a un parque, el río y la montaña. Guido hasta tuvo el detalle de ayudarme con un arreglo floral por el cumpleaños de mi esposa. Seguramente volveremos !!

I cannot say the listing was exactly as advertised… it was much better! The apartment was immaculate, and the location perfect for what I wanted. It was located in a highly safe and secure neighbourhood just far enough from El Centro to avoid the noise and bustle, but still close enough to walk to in 30 minutes. The outside balcony provided many hours of relaxation with its view over looking the Yanuncay River and its accompanying park. Also, the panoramic view from the Turi lookout is only a short, but uphill walk away, which I made a few times. As wonderful as the apartment is, I must mention that the host, Guido, is even better, Guido went out of his way to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Guido was available whenever I had a question, or needed some advice on Cuenca. Communication was not an issue as he spoke excellent english, and responded to all my texts within 5 minutes. Guido and Bane obviously put a lot of love and attention into this apartment!

El lugar donde Guido & Bane es súper lindo y cómodo. Es nuestra segunda vez que nos quedamos allí cuando estamos por Cuenca. Muy completo el departamento y súper lindo y limpio todo. El host es super amable y atento. Siempre 100% recomendable cuando están buscando un lugar en Cuenca al lado del río y súper céntrico igual. Muchas gracias!☺️
