The property location is very good and close to most things. the property is old, and there is no towels, linen, toilet paper etc so you must bring everything.

On arrival we were supplied one key in the envelope. It was distressing to return to the units after eating aout in the evening to find the front door locked and no key to open it. I seemed to have been on the phone for a while hearing the emergency extension number ringing without answer before the resident above noticed that we were in difficulty and opened the main door for us. When I rang in the morning there was no apology, even after I expressed how upset I was about the incident. I was just asked if I wanted to come in for the rest of the keys. At the agency the girl continued to be dismissive and unapologetic. We will never use this agency again. On top of this, the blinds need replacing and the insect screen in the bathroom needs replacing. It could explain the flies and mosquitoes. I will also not there was a miniscule amount of dishwashing liquid provided and just one roll of toilet paper for a six days. I cannot recommend this agency because of their extremely poor service.
