Larry was a great host! Very friendly and responsive. His house was AMAZING and we had the best time. Kids loved all the games and the heated pool and they were entertained throughout our entire stay, they absolutely loved it! Larry house is also stocked with all the necessities so if you forget something I’m sure he has it! It was such a great stay and we would definitely stay there again! Thanks Larry!

Warning! Do not stop off at the store before you check in! Most likely Larry has stocked EVERYTHING you'll need for your first day, and more! Pool toys, don't bring your own, he's got it all! Don't worry about "sharing" the backyard, it's all yours! The beds were comfy, plenty of AC and fans. The game room is so fun, we only ended up playing ping pong and the basketball game. Larry was very welcoming, was available for any questions and conversation. We were there in May, and needed to contact him (via text or phone) to start up the spa, to turn on the jets and heat. Inside and outside were immaculate for hour whole stay. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, close to a lot of restaurants and stores. We're seriously considering coming back. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at this property. Used the sauna, hot tub and pool frequently and there are plenty of games to keep everyone occupied. It’s close to lots of great hikes and other Tucson attractions. Larry (the host) was extremely responsive and had just about every condiment and snack available in the house. I’d definitely stay here again.

The guest house was awesome, fit our needs perfectly. Larry is a great host, and even came out during a rain storm to put the umbrella up over the hot tub the kids were in. Indoor and outdoor areas are very clean and well kept. House is well stocked and modern. Great stay!

Attractive and modern decor Very well equipped --- even with six people, there were more than enough beach towels. The bath towels were luxurious. Lots of toiletries (several types of shampoo, shaving cream, body wash etc). Very comfortable beds. Space is small but well designed to provide reasonable space -- even with six people (four adults and two children). Upstairs is loft that is open to first floor -- but there are curtains/shades for privacy and blocking light. Owner is VERY responsive to every need. Excellent outdoor amenities - AMAZING! Include: Pool - sauna - hot tub - putting green - badminton - game room with lots and lots of electronic and traditional adult and kid games incouding foosball and table tennis and bar.
