Great modren place. great location. next to everthing. found parking . enjoyed the stay. highly recommend. price is fair and reasonable. center in the Carmel. will stay again. host responds right away. clean. and nice like hotel room.

Turned out to be a very bad choice. No electricity and WiFi during half of my stay. On second day, I couldn’t get back in the room as a result of no electricity, and had to go to my sister’s house until the problem was resolved (temporarily). The power cut was not related to the energy provider but to the hotel electricity circuit and seems to be a reoccurring thing. Host and staff are not based on site and didn’t answer the phone when I wanted to report. Their response was too slow and they were accessible only after the problem has been resolved, three times in total throughout my three day stay. On the last night, couldn’t sleep well as the guests next door were trying to resolve the power cut themselves by making phone calls and checking buttons inside the electrical cupboard in the hall outside of the rooms. As of now, there could be a dispute with the host regarding a reasonable compensation and I will need to get Airbnb support team involved.

Notre chambre avec vue sur la mer était absolument magnifique. Suffisamment spacieuse et correspondant tout à fait aux photos. Pas de bruits de circulation. Places de parking réservées. Communication avec Itay parfaite. Nous recommandons.
