There are several Restaurants, and a couple of really nice Grocery stores to choose from only 7 Miles North in Beautiful Kanab Utah! The gate way to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Brian Head Ski Resort, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and so much more! Perfect location for the Sportsman and hunters, it's just a short drive to the Kaibab National forest! My home is only about an hour’s drive to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon! You will love the privacy, and the amazing Arizona skies right from the backyard! There is a unique, sturdy swing set and a basketball hoop for the whole family to enjoy! There is Netfiix, as well as Antenna Tv. Board games, Playing cards, and some toys, books, crayons, colored pencils and coloring books for the children. With no neighbors behind you it leaves wide open views of the Beautiful Arizona Skies and a nice backyard for enjoying some relaxing or fun family time! Lots of places nearby to go hiking. Close to the Rodeo grounds. Fredonia City Park is Beautiful and within walking distance of my home! Public Swimming pool ( Seasonal May- August is at the Park as well!
