excelente espacio y ubicación en Barichará, Santander Colombia. Comentar lo de los cortes eléctricos inesperados los cuales pueden resultar en daño de equipos que necesitan energía estable. Laura y su equipo - familia y/o Diana- siempre estuvieron prestos a solucionar todas las dudas y situaciones que se presentaron oportunamente. Gracias Barichará y Laura por permitirnos compartir en familia tiempo de calidad.

No la recomendamos. Los electrodomésticos, las ollas y las sillas son muy viejos. Es una casa vieja y se encuentra un poco deteriorada. La piscina es pequeña y tenía mucho cloro. Rescatable la ubicación y la buena disposición de la señora del aseo. Hubo buena comunicación por parte de la anfitriona.

Beautiful house in town, close to everything (that is what we wanted), very clean, and Laura was responsive and polite. We had trouble with the internet, which we needed for work. The lack of internet plus the limited Spanish of my family made it it difficult to communicate with the local lady who gave us entrance to the house. We recommend a water heater too. The internet/communication issue made us change all plans (we traveled with a 5 year old), different than that the house was fantastic and the hosts were responsive and polite.

Excellent location and was nice to have the small (and shallow - about 3 feet deep) pool. However with no A/C and no fans, it was very hot and uncomfortable at night. The house was very dated and no potable water provided, fyi.

Nice location, near the center. Plenty of restaurants and little grocery stores near by. Laura was quick responding and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
